For prepaid packages, you can cancel before starting any sessions and receive a full refund, provided no sessions have been conducted.

However, there are situations where refunds are not applicable. Refunds will not be issued if you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours' prior notice. Dissatisfaction with a completed session does not qualify for a refund unless quality concerns are raised and verified within 48 hours of the session. Similarly, prepaid sessions or packages that have expired beyond their specified validity period are non-refundable.

Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window are subject to tutor availability and may incur additional fees.
